By downloading, installing, or using Inspectr+ (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Inspectr+ is a professional construction inspection management application that enables users to create and manage construction projects, document inspection items with photos and notes, generate professional inspection reports, collaborate with team members, and track project progress and issues.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Inspectr+ for legitimate construction inspection activities, professional project documentation, business report generation, and authorized team collaboration. You may NOT use the service to:

• Violate laws
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload harmful content
• Harass users
• Attempt unauthorized access

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (photos, notes, reports). You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content and that all content meets professional standards.

6. Subscription and Billing

Various subscription tiers are available with different features. Billing occurs according to your selected cycle. Prices are subject to change with notice. Free trial terms apply as advertised. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Inspectr+, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Inspectr+ and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

Inspectr+ is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
